Is Augora OS available now?
OS is in private beta, with a launch cohort forming. Book a session to discuss your firm’s requirements, the available scope and an appropriate onboarding plan.
What does OS replace?
OS covers client and household records, advice cases, task queues, firm workflows, registers and reporting. During evaluation, we map those functions against your current systems and agree what moves to OS and what stays. Planning and provider tools should be assessed separately.
What can we migrate or connect?
We assess your source system, data and required connections before agreeing a migration scope. Existing Logdin firms can discuss the managed migration programme. We confirm any required integration individually before you commit.
Do Agents and OS share a client record?
They currently have separate client records and can be used independently. Starting Agents work from an OS case and returning the output to it are roadmap capabilities, not available integrations.
Can we use our own workflows?
Yes. OS supports configurable, versioned firm workflows. We start by mapping one real process with you and reviewing how tasks, ownership and oversight should work.
